This year, EPF celebrates the third anniversary of our registration as a local non-profit organization. In 2007, EPF inherited the programs, staff, and infrastructure of the Eurasia Foundation (EF), and continued the pursuit of engaging citizens in substantive and sustainable positive socio-economic change at the local, regional, and national level.
